1. SERVICES OFFERED

RAISSADLA MAKEUP ARTIST is a professional training organization specializing in professional makeup. Its head office is located at 94 rue Louis Ampère, Neuilly-sur-Marne. The organization is registered with the DRIEETS D'Ile-de-France under the number: 119225587792
The organization also offers the following services: - In-person makeup services (events, photoshoots, weddings, etc.) - In-person makeup training - Live online makeup classes (via Zoom, Teams, or other platform) allowing students to attend a real-time demonstration and interact with the trainer.

 

2. RESERVATIONS

2.1 – In-person services: All reservations must be made via the online form, by email, or by telephone. They are only considered confirmed after validation by the Service Provider and receipt of a deposit equivalent to 30 % of the total amount.

2.2 – Online courses: The client reserves their time slot via the website based on availability. The connection link will be sent once the reservation has been confirmed and payment has been made.

 

3. HOURS AND RECEPTION

For all training courses, the location, address, times and reception conditions are indicated before the training.

 

4. RATES

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. RAISSADLA MAKEUP ARTIST reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in effect at the time of the order.

 

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 – Regulations: Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other method offered on the site.

5.2 – Deposit :A deposit of 30 % is required for any service requiring a reservation. The balance must be paid no later than the day of the service (in person) or before the start of the course (online).

 

6. CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT

6.1 – By the Client - In-person services: Any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the service will result in the deposit being retained.
– Online courses: In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the course, no refund will be issued. A rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.

6.2 – By the Service Provider:If it is not possible to provide the service, RAISSADLA MAKEUP ARTIST will offer a postponement or full refund of the sums paid.

 

7. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS (ONLINE COURSES)

The Customer is responsible for the quality of their equipment and internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held liable in the event of an incident or poor quality of the Customer's connection.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, techniques, content, and images shared during training and courses are the exclusive property of RAISSADLA MAKEUP ARTIST. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, or to courses scheduled for a specific date or period.

 

10. RESPONSIBILITY

RAISSADLA MAKEUP ARTIST cannot be held responsible for the consequences of incorrect application of the advice or techniques taught, or for allergic reactions linked to the products used.

 

11. PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected is intended for customer relationship management and will never be transferred to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, or delete their data upon simple request.

 

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the courts of Bobigny will have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute. A makeup artist for 10 years, Raïssa has built a unique expertise thanks to an overflowing passion for the world of beauty. Her desire to expand her experience led her to London in 2019, where she trained in Manchester, perfecting her techniques and specializing in artistic beauty. This international experience allowed her to broaden her vision of the art of makeup and adapt to all requests.

In 2020, Raïssa chose to share her knowledge and know-how through tailor-made private training courses, creating personalized modules and a training booklet to optimally support each learner.
